1. Service description
StockDaily (the “Service”) is an AI-assisted market research platform. After each trading day it produces reports combining technical, fundamental and news context, including trend stages, indicator changes and risk factors. The Service also provides watchlists and historical reports.
2. Accounts
Using account features requires registration. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. Accounts may not be transferred. Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and refunds
Free users can access public daily reports and maintain a watchlist of up to 3 stocks. Pro includes up to 20 stocks and all English reports published after translation launch; earlier Chinese reports remain available only in Chinese. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually; the currency, amount and billing period shown in Stripe Checkout control. You may cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal and normally retain access through the paid period. Except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate charges or technical errors, started billing periods are generally non-refundable on a prorated basis.
4. Payment processing
Stripe processes subscription payments. StockDaily does not access or store complete card numbers. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply when you use Checkout or the customer portal.
5. Intellectual property
The website, trademarks, software and analysis reports are owned by the Service operator. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without written permission.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced on the website or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
